There are cameras all over the world watching everything:
Traffic, zoos, casinos, and most everything one can think of.
Most of these cameras are on full time and
“streaming” their images over the Internet.
These cameras are called webcams.
A webcam is a video camera that feeds its images
in real time to a computer or computer network.
