The Mouse

The mouse is a unique device that has two functions- POINTING & SIGNALING.
Hold the mouse comfortably with your thumb & ring finger and with your
index & middle finger resting on buttons (and forearm comfortably on surface). - Example above
Your wrist should be straight and your lower arm should rest on the desk.
The tip of your index finger should rest on the left button and the
tip of your middle finger should rest on the right button.
Keep a relaxed hold on the mouse while you press the button.
In these 3 sessions you will be mostly clicking the left button.
To click, lightly press and release the mouse button with your index finger.
Try a GENTLE click on the left button
Can you feel the click?
Try it a few times – can you feel the click.
